** As District Health & Safety Officer, I want to start a District Health & Safety Committee to provide members a chance to grow into new roles and responsibilities. ** It would help interested members:
- expand knowledge and experience in workplace health and safety
- facilitate member training
- provide succession planning for bargaining unit and district Health & Safety Officers.
