OSSTF District 26 Office

I have been serving as the OSSTF District 26 Teacher Bargaining Unit Chief Negotiator/Contract Maintenance Officer, and Grievance Officer since February 2019. I have been a union activist since 2006 in a variety of roles.  These roles included sitting on the Local Educational Services Committee, Committee for Diversity and Equity, District Executive, TBU Executive, Constitution Officer, AMPA Delegate/Alternate, and CBC Representative. I have experience Provincially on the Protective Services Committee, Human Rights Committee, Educational Services Committee, Equity Mentorship, Speakers Bank, and Governance Workgroup. 

I have been successful in this role and continue to build relationships both locally and provincially so that I can best serve our membership.  I have been engaging with additional Labour Studies courses so that I can improve on my dealings with our Board.  I have fought hard on many fronts and will continue to fight for you, everyday. I have a strong dedication to the pursuit of personal and professional growth of the membership as your union representative.

I am asking for your support once again to be your TBU Chief Negotiator/Contract Maintenance Officer, and Grievance Officer.  I will now, and in the future always fight for what is right and what is the best for our membership.
