Hello Colleagues, I am Becky Clarke your incumbent Status of Women Officer.
I have been an active and engaged member of OSSTF D26 as both an OTBU and TBU member. As part of my site and as Status of Women Chair i seek to support my peers on Unionism.
As a member of CfED I am proud to have been a part of Equity events, including Brockville Pride.
I have served in my current role for 3 years and have attended 2 provincial conferences. I was also selected in my first year to attend the CTF national conference. This year I have been pursuing training to enhance my ability to serve in this role including ASIST and Women’s Advocacy.
I would be honoured to serve in this continued role. Together we can continue work to ensure all members have a voice and a place to feel valued.
